At Auravia, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied or encounter an issue, our refund policy is here to guide you.
1. Proof of Purchase
To process any refund, proof of purchase from our store is required.
2. Full Refund Conditions
- Returns for a full refund must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be returned in a new, non-damaged condition.
- If these conditions are met, a full refund will be issued once the item is received.
3. Damaged Products
- If your product arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Photo or video proof of the issue are required to process the refund.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or refund request, please contact us at info@auravia.co.uk with your order details and any necessary proof (if applicable). Our team will assist you promptly.
5. How to Return Your Items
- Package your items in appropriate packaging.
- Once you have received your shipping label from us via email, please post the parcel as soon as possible.
We will send you an address via email once you have initiated return.
6. Refunding Your Return
- Returned items will always be refunded to the original payment method used when placing your order.
- Once the parcel is received at Auravia, we will email you to confirm that we have received it.
- Refund is issued within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to show up in your account.
We do not issue refunds for items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging. Please ensure you use bubble wrap or similar materials to protect the items.
