How can I make a return?
If you need a refund, proof of purchase is required. Items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days if they are in new condition. For damaged products, a full refund will be issued upon receiving photo or video proof. Read Refunds & Returns for more details.
What items can’t be returned?
We do not accept returns or exchanges of (1) Auravia e-gift cards, (2) bespoke or personalised products, or (3) damaged items where the damage was caused by the customer. Read Refunds & Returns for more details.
How long does a refund take after a return?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, however, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing your order.
How long does delivery take?
